Mark I like that. Now the question is Do we want to call for all our certs. I have put 325,000 in my name. I have another acct.with 300,000 sh. It took two weeks to get my shares. If the right person would let me know by phone I will call for them if it helps our position.. If it helps we will have our people call for all our certs, but only if this helps our position.. Mr.D.

Does anyone but me see the train coming toward this bus of DGIV-A-HOLICS? -- I'm afraid this isn't the light at the end of the tunnel.

Mark, could you spell out your thinking a bit--where does the information generally come from which the floor broker accesses from the computer? How do we know then that some would be hurting? I don't follow all the discussions of shorters--surely with this lowest-in-a-long-time price shorters could cover? Or are you suggesting they've been short before $2.50? I'm hoping you're right and I'm not being contentious. I simply don't understand and would like to know all the steps of reasoning this out.

Regards,
Howard Gordon
