You know, if Mr. Clinton can sufficiently arouse the Statue of Liberty, such that she actually starts TALKING, then Bill has to be the ultimate macho man, IMO. I suspect that I couldn't make her talk, no matter what I did. Much less, just by simply putting my hand on her shoulder! <g>
