I'm just trying to tabulate the lies. I'm at 36. On a positive note, FAMH need only net 1,000,000 for '98 to earn .01 EPS. 1,000,000 divided by 75,000,000 shares, so there is hope.

As I recall, the line of credit couldn't be touched until FAMH became an audited, reporting company. Anyone else?
