But his memory is so selective I doubt he has an "independent recollection" of that. I think he probably should resign, but I am sure he won't. I personally would have no interest in his extramarital sexual affairs if a)they were not conducted at the office, b)they were not conducted with a virtually powerless employee (powerless before the affair) c)he had not silently allowed the smearing of Monica's character (do you remember this? She was unstable. She was a liar. etc, etc- it was character assassination.) d)he had not looked me in the eye and pointed his finger at me and told me he NEVER had a relationship with "that woman" and most importantly e)if he had not lied under oath.
