Hi, all. I started watching KAHI last May (when it was around 25 cents, to the best of my memory), and have had it on my watch list since then. However, I've been away from the penny stock world for over a month now and am completely clueless as to what's happening with the company now. I have picked up that Kaire Int'l is going to have an IPO (next month?) and that the conversions have contributed to the steady decline in price, but I'd greatly appreciate a simple outline of what's expected to happen over the next few weeks. I talked to the company several times last spring, and will probably call them again this week, but I need a little information to get me started. Negative opinions are welcome also. :)

Thanks,

Rose

JP390, I don't believe a thing about this company anymore. I don't believe there are 11 million shares outstanding. Perhaps I could believe 50 million. This stock is so worthless that it even goes down in price when people go head over heels buying it.
Who is going to pay 6 dollars for the KI stock? Are you? The book value is perhaps 10 cents. This is just ridiculous.

Best of luck.
