TERA is an HJ Meyers scam. They are burning through cash at the rate of $6 M /qtr and post the most recent financing, they have only $13 M. The mini-super race is over just like the cold war is. The DOD is where most of those things went and they fund the SDSC which buys one of every mini super made. It is a museum of failed VC deals in that sector. TERA software is not compatible with all of the existing CRAY/Convex/Sun/IBM/Hitachi et al applications out there. A GTO.
