Niteline's poll source is vastly different than one conducted by The Gallop Organization. Their polls show that the answer to the question, "Thinking about Bill Clinton as a person, do you have a favorable or unfavorable opinion of him?" had 40% of respondents saying "Favorable" after the speech, whereas prior to Clinton's speech 60% of respondents answered "Favorable". I think Niteline is grasping at straws.
