Niteline's poll source is vastly different than one conducted by The Gallop Organization. Their polls show that the answer to the question, "Thinking about Bill Clinton as a person, do you have a favorable or unfavorable opinion of him?" had 40% of respondents saying "Favorable" after the speech, whereas prior to Clinton's speech 60% of respondents answered "Favorable".

I think Niteline is grasping at straws.

That popularity figure is still way more popular than Starr and the Republican Party.

November will show just how fed up the American people are with the Republican agenda.
