This is a very tricky question. But I say no, so long as there are no harassment accusations or convictions in the past. By all appearances, Clintons relationship with Lewinski was consentual on both parts. But I'm no lawyer.

A question back, wasn't the questioning related to the Lewinski relationship thrown out of the Jones case? I think that this is true, but I could be wrong. Can you confirm or refute this?
