Mr. Duke, the least mentioned of all, may be all we've got! Does anybody have any insights on him, since he may be the only MIDL director not going to prison. I hope the stock structure is for real! does anybody have dirt on the stock structure?

Rande,
I agree with many of the things you've said, and I don't believe Mark Pierce is beyond reproach, but the bottom line is this.
No matter what his personal motives are, without Mark Pierce acting swiftly and decisively putting stop transfers into place and such, we would have nothing, zip, zero, nada right now.
The main reason for the trading halt is that the filings are 9 months behind. Dan Fisher did NO paperwork except to file for 1 extension and he didn't do the filings after that. Now the SEC is looking into everything, and I mean everything that this company has done in the last 2+ years.

All of this SEC stuff would have been avoided had DF been honest and done his job. I am not saying that all involved in this company are squeaky clean, but unfortunately that's a moot point. We are stuck with who we've got until an acquisition brings in a new board of directors.
Thanks for all your research,
Ernie

Rande, CNHH was an empty shell pick where ever you want the address to go. CNHH was a software company that went out of business in 1990 and the shell was taken over by Mark and some other guy (no time at this moment to dig). It needed a home, why spend money for a suite when they could have an address for free.

Now please answer my question regarding Comtec/Nathem USA. Can you prove that the ships at onetime belonged to them. I can't find a yes to that answer. Please point me in the right direction if you have it. If not please say that you assumed a connection.

Rande Is

I can tell you put a great deal of thought into that post. You may be correct on many of your points.

I however have a totally different take on the SEC position to halt trading.
1) The acquisitions assets that are being investigated are Arcon's.
2) The Officer(s) being accused of misdealings are Dan Fisher and Associates.
3) The validity of some of the securities released by Dan are being investigated, and if they are found to be not valid, the SEC and the courts have to determine what to do about it.

Based on this, the decision by the SEC shouldn't have surprised any of us. If they are further investigating the Greek Shipping deal...Fine with me. I hope they find it to be clean, and that we move on.
