I think CG's email address is investorcg@aol.com While his intentions are good, I suspect his approach (talk to the board) will prove futile. They have already revealed what kind of people they are. I doubt CG is persuasive enough to save their souls. The trick is to save our persuasive powers for 51% of the shareholders. Locate them and convince them to vote the bums out. A nice fantasy, but unlikely to happen. Too little time, too many shares. And what impact on the stock price?
