Tippet, Actually I think your rationale is a good one and I do not totally disagree. But I am more inclined to stay in cash now and wait for some more significant signs of recovery. The landscape still looks pretty bleak. I will say that I have spoken with a local consulting firm who, among other things, provides services to incoming expats to arrange their work permits. They told me that apps are up indicating a higher level of incoming companies. They didnt say if these were American firms or not. I have also read that China is seeing a significant increase in foreign investment. best, Stitch
