Wasn't there a gentleman named General Ralston that was a nominee for Chairman of the Joint Chiefs? If I remember correctly(which is not very often), did Clinton & Co. not withdraw his nomination due to an affair he had some 20 yrs. ago when he and his wife were separated? I'm unclear whether the Clinton Admin. withdrew his nomination or he voluntarily bowed out. If the latter scenario is correct, it would appear that people of the armed services are held to a higher degree of honor than our dear Commander-in-Chief....
