Guys I just walked in after an unintentional stranding in St. Louis for the past 24 hours. There seems to be some confusion so I am going to lay the cards on the table and let you guys see exactly what has been announced. 1. We are TRYING to have these preferred shares Distributed IN YOUR ACCOUNTS by Sept 1. Also trading on the open Market Sept 1, in other words you can buy or sell them. THE KEY WORD IS TRY, there is alot to do in order to have this accomplished in such a short time frame, and no guarantees it can be done that soon... but we are trying. (Sitting in St. Louis didnt exactly speed this process up) <g> 2. We know about all the concerns over the reverse split and it will be fixed as fast as possible. 3. The WOTD note is good and is still available to use if we need it along with some other things. 4. My company AMKC has nothing to do with CVIA now or will it ever... all these rumors are not true, it will remain private and completely independant. 5. We are opening up new lines of communications with financing institutions, Investment bankers and other EQUITY money sources. So we may not be looking at merging with companies... we may be looking at BUYING companies... this is not a promise just an option. 6. We have only been in the position to start repairing this company since Monday Afternoon... so here it is Thursday and look at what we have done so far. I dont have a magic wand that will make the problems go away in the next 24 hours... and if I did have that magic wand I would be picking winning numbers in the Power Ball lotto (much less work and agitation) <LOL> 7. We do have IMMEDIATE PLANS in place to start MAKING money, we are waiting on opinions form various things like lawyers ect ect before we can proceed with some of the stuff on the table AS WE SPEAK. As soon as we get the green light you guys will know via a PR. 8. When that PR comes out everything will be made perfectly clear and I hope you will be agreeing with me, That it is POSSIBLE TO MAKE CVIA THE COMEBACK COMPANY OF THE YEAR. KAA
