Keith:

CVIA is already a better company than it was 60 days ago, I believe you do have a magic wand (it works when you do what is right and apply some hard work).

Unfortunately we live in a "real world", and things take time, deals require negotiations, and to assure that a deal is balanced and beneficial for both parties, time is required for negotiations. Good deals demand time.

Thanks for the up-date, Robert

Thanks Keith again for all your work, a very thankless job IMO.

However, we don't really have a 'company' as such, merely a 'shell'. No income, no product, no revenues, nothing that will support any P/E multiples or basic fundamentals. Until that time, it is very difficult to determine where the price may end up. Speculation on the reverse and even the preferred shares is useless until CVIA stands for a real, viable company.

Statements about turnarounds may be premature.
