Mike,

What I suggest is to start gathering any information that the company has released. (ie. Old Press Releases, possibly getting a hold of copies of the conference calls, Ira and Arif's posts on SI, E-mails from the company, etc.) All this information collected is what the SEC and NASDAQ officials will need. I have gone through this before with a BB company, and while I still lost a large chunk of money, the officials of the company were dealt with in a fashion I was happy with. At this juncture, we have nothing to lose but some of our time. There are enough individuals here that we should be able to produce most of the information needed.

This is not a witch hunt, but if the '97 and '98 numbers are not what the company stated, then we at least have the information to give to the proper people (SEC, NASDAQ).

Mike....I will too. I want Arif to resign. He is incompetent, sneaky, greedy, and a liar and can't be trusted. Since we have no voting rights what are our options. I, also, plan to contact the SEC again, whatever good that will do. We're screwed. You're looking at another year to recoup our investments. Maybe. I'm expecting more lies to come to fruition in the meantime. Arif must go.
