It might, or might not make you feel better to do this, but as a person with a large position, and loss, in this company, I would greatly prefer to look forward rather than back. There is a real chance here that the new management team can turn this thing around, and bring back our lost equity. Fighting the SEC and lawsuits could be a fatal distraction.

I guess I am saying show me the money. Retribution doesn't buy bread. As shareholders, we have a vested interest in this company's future and survival. Let's not tear it down now, especially as the new management IS getting their act together.

Just my 12.5 cents

Jack

Freddie,

We may be screwed out of our investment, but we do have recourse. While it may take a year or longer, contacting the SEC and NASDAQ does work. If there was misleading and misrepresentation of publicly released information from the company that caused any individual to buy the stock based on that information put out by the company, then FAMH is accountable. This is what I was told from the SEC and NASDAQ.

There is a lot of investigating that will pursue, but the more people that are involved the better. Don't expect to get any financial recourse out of this, but if the SEC and NASDAQ findings are in our favor, then Arif, Ira, and whom ever else were involved will get their due.

<<<<I know it is little comfort from a financial position for any of us that lost money here, but I am in a lawsuit with another company that released false Press Releases and misstated their financials and the top three individuals in that company are either still in jail or have been sentenced. The penalties are harsh, as they should be.<<<<

I assume that you realize that this type of sentiment is a very strong argument against anyone buying this stock now. Existing investors might benefit from legal action (I doubt it because there is no money there IMO) but new investors can't have any gripes about 1996 numbers at this point.

It is refreshing to read a lot of posts and not see any paranoia expressed re the MM's.
