Our little company has a serious management problem. I believe Autoliv has maybe stolen us blind.

Jaime......what is wrong is that many of our SMU shareholders also own big positions in TFS....and are on margin. These positions are large in proportion to their total portfolio, and a decline in one stock will lead to a temporary decline in the other.

That is what is wrong with SMU today. This is a goddamned spiral !!!

And, something to behold. I sold what I needed to sell, yesterday. mcd
