Jaime......what is wrong is that many of our SMU shareholders also own big positions in TFS....and are on margin. These positions are large in proportion to their total portfolio, and a decline in one stock will lead to a temporary decline in the other.

That is what is wrong with SMU today. This is a goddamned spiral !!!
