Sean,

This request in for anyone that may be able to assist me, not necessarily you.

I recently upgraded to QP2 from the original QP. I was downloading all from the internet using the original QP, but with QP2 encountering a problem. Must use the 800 number for the present time.

What is occurring is that after I connect to my ISP (ATT Worldnet) and try to download QP2 is dialing again. I checked the box saying not to dial and now I merely get a not saying cannot connect to www.qp2.

I use Worldnet with Netscape 3.0, however at one time I had also loaded Worldnet with Internet Explorer 3.01. Called QP and was told by one person to uninstall IE so I did, no change. Said could be potential problem with WIN95 registry and he would review and EMail me that day but didn't so the next day I called and spoke to someone else and they said to reinstall Worldnet with IE 3.01 again, and that I was the second person in over 1,000 to have this problem.

At this time I have not reinstall IE3.01 again as I could not download from Internet with it and still cannot without it. No problem connecting to Internet using Worldnet with Netscape 3.0, only downloading using QP internet downloader.

If anyone has any suggestions or has had a similiar problem any and all help is appreciated.

Jeff

Sean,

Cut and Paste, alright. But, it only works with "Ctrl-C" and "Ctrl-V" which I had all but forgotten about. I am so used to pointing and clicking that those keystrokes didn't readily come to mind.

Thanks, though. Got 'em imported now.
