Investor relations is a big part of doing business. With-out investors you have no business. Smart business is keeping Investors updated and providing a means of communicating with the company.

Jeffrey,

I believe the company is concerned with their stock price. That is
why they, in my opinion, prematurely released the Belize PR.
After their Belize PR their 200mil in treasury stock was worth approx.

.06 X 200mil = 12mil

now the 200mil in treasury stock is worth

.023 X 200mil = 4.6mil

This must be putting a strain on their acquisitions and raising capital.
