I have noticed a lot of insider sales...since May...any reason why so many insiders would sell?


This has been addressed here on the thread before. Apparently the insiders who have registered an intent to sell ... note that these are not necessarily actual sales! ... are the friends and family members who funded the company's startup. Most or all of these people are classed as insiders because of the number of shares they own, and not because they are affiliated with the management of the company.


Statement has been made that no officers have sold any stock.


You may wish to go back in the thread to get the exact words from the person who did the research. I am merely repeating my recollection.
