Well, that should be reasonably up-to-date; I doubt they tried to issue any on the sly in the past couple of weeks, given all the attention they've been getting from the Authorities.

That's the same number of issued shares as when I checked in early June. Also, I got the same story regarding the restricted shares.

Does anyone know if AR&T is still named in any ongoing lawsuits with MTEI? Have all suits been dropped?

Has anyone asked Jack where the extra 22,000,0000(approx) shares came from? If I remember correctly at the time of the merger ICVI had approx 18mm shares OS with an additional 50mm restricted after the merger. So sometime in the past few months MTEI issued a ton of new stock, depending on when this stock was sold MTEI could have raised a nice little bundle of cash, after all Jack and his little cohort had to get paid somehow..........
