Then I called back. I asked since 50 million was no doubt the controling share, could they tell me who held the 50mil restricted. I was told that they would need authorization from the company to release such information. But I have no officer to authorize the release. Is Jack considered resigned just by the news release. Or could I get him to authorize the release. After all, he has nothing to hide or ...? Ya right
