tbh has the possibility of dropping from here due to the crisis in asia and venezuela. but with the election of cardoso looking likely and a lot of cash on hand, brazil will make it through this crisis.

also, i think that asia has stabilized although i do not expect any rally soon.

japan is at bottom and will probably be much higher in a year.

thus, i think that the stage is set for tbh to rise within 3-6 months back to the low 100's and then high 100's within 6-12 mos.

tef will not drop much because spain's market is very hot right now. i may buy some during the crisis of the next few weeks/months.
