I think he went public because of the payroll taxes... remember it's just
like the Myriad situation -- if Arif hadn't done something he would
have been PERSONALLY liable for the 800K of back payroll taxes since
payroll taxes are the one debt you are liable for if a company
folds. By going public he was able to get out from under this, and
probably set himself up as well.

This just keeps getting worse... and the SEC is watching...

Lonnie A., I agree with you. I would also like to see a shareholder meeting called.

There have been too many inconsistencies and a shareholder meeting would be very helpful.

As I have said before, I believe Arif MUST return about 20 million shares.

Furthermore, since Arif has allowed all of this to happen, I share your opinion that he should resign.

I think FAMH is like a hot sports car that's stuck in the mud. And right now, Arif is the mud.
