I'll ask the same question Rosy;

DO YOU HAVE SHORT TERM MEMORY LOSS?

" I have read the last 12,000 posts, PRWT will not return my
messages or respond to my E-MAILS. The last 12,000 posts do not
answer the question on why PRWT allowed the price to drop from
13 cents to 2 cents with-out any explanations. Others have posted
that they can not get any answers to there questions via phone and
E-MAIL. "

You make a statement like this which is a complete LIE!
Trying once again to MISLEAD people Rosy?

Your only making Yourself look more and more like a complete IDIOT(:>)

You answer Your own posts!
Is that where You get the "WE" from?

If your so confident why worry about the price?

I WAS ABLE TO SPEEK WITH JOHN SCHMIDTZ THIS
MORNING.
I am now very comfortable with the fact that I have added to my
PRWT holdings!! We discussed the following and here are some
of the results.

There will be no reverse split!!

BELIZE deal is now a given and just be patient!!

The credentials on the mangement/officer staff are awesome.
Excellent track records and solid reputations.

Insider Trading took about 2 years to develop and had heard that
BLOOMBERG mentioned INSiDER TRADING this past week!!

PRWT will be aired on CNBC with-in 30 days if not sooner!!

Costa Rico and South America deals pending!! Could happen any
day!!

Fundamentals to be made public no later than September 30. 1998.

PRWT will be big in 6-9 months but also huge short term.

I can go on, however the bottom line is that PRWT is undervalued,
we have already hit SI, Yahoo, Bloomberg, just to name a few.
When PRWT hits CNBC next month you will not be able to touch
this stock for under 50 cents to $1.00 per share, maybe higher.
JMO.

6-9 months you will not be able to touch this stock for under
$1.50- $2.00 per share. JMO.

John, will keep us updated through news releases and the PAN Am
WEB SITE.

He is working on other income generating adventures!!!

*** We will again see players coming in to buy stock as cheaply as
possible utilizing scare/skepticism tactics This is one of the
reasons that I spoke to JOHN so I can justify my investment with
PRWT and be able to seperate fact from fiction from the
up-coming posts!! GOOD LUCK!!"

DAVE, THE CEO JOHN SCHMIDTZ can be reached at
516-232-2221. I spoke to him today for about 10-15 minutes. He
strikes me as an HONORABLE , HARDWORKING, TRUSTING
man. Barb also spoke to him today and both of us shared our DD
on the SI public and PM boards. Why dont you call him and ask
him to address your concerns/questions?? "

that's one of the less intelligent posts I've seen on this thread
in quite some time..

come on man... think! Fundamentally nothing has changed... PRWT isn't going to change its business plan or mission statement based upon what the stock is trading at... it has some effect, but it's not near
as important.. this is a developing company that needs time to develop... if things were going along smoothly and then just ALL
of a sudden after a couple years of steady growth and increased price
in stock.. the floor fell out, YES the company would need to find
out why and research it and make a statement... but right now all I care about is that John builds the business at hand and does what he
needs to to get revenues flowing... YES I HATE SEEING THE STOCK WHERE IT IS.... but unless you can come up with something fundamentally that has come up over the last week from the time you were VERY BULLISH on the company, then to start freaking out and claim the stock is bad because of the price.. that's dumb... company is undervalued... but we need more answers (which you and I agree on) before any true valuation can be made... but 2cents a share is just
too ridiculously low... just factoring in the "potential" of the company and future earnings... justifies higher than 2cents..
MANY companies trade on "potential" and not on "current valuation".

wishing you and yours the best,

jim
