ELECTIONS IN 6 DAYS! You can smell the sour stench of stale sweat in here.....fear driven innuendo of impending doom driving people away.....waiting on Belize......waiting....for the deal....what is behind curtain #1? Is it a mule? Is it 700+ mortgages? Is it nothing at all!? The suspense is killing! For all the doubters, you can always take the box! (sell and go elsewhere)....but then you might miss out on the landmark stock buy of the year. Insider Trading advertising on CNBC soon? wow! Realty Mortgage expanding into six more offices adding millions in revenue? wow! NRPI borrowing money from us (Realty Mortgage) to rehab homes, their sales target increasing exponentially! wow! New office coming in Boca Raton? wow! Bigger mortgage deals coming from Costa Rica? wow! Rumors of a possible deal with AT&T!? double wow!

***take the curtain....take the curtain*****

I'll take the curtain!

***applause***

Don Pardo...er...John Schmitz show us what's behind curtain number 1!!

Well, no one knows what we'll see, except those at PanAmerican and the few out there with authentic crystal balls and time machines.

My take so far (summarized from previous post):

The gov. press release seems politically motivated and probably
placed in ignorance of a new deal made.

Is it possible that PRWT's deal with the UDP is legitimate and signed, but someone(s) in the UDP found out PRWT's office is located in the King St. address of Glen Goodfrey (supposedly), a known member of the opposing party and whom PRWT has no political association with? Just speculating of course :)

Regardless, would it matter which party ended up wining? I doubt it, because the deal seems to be signed with the current gov. according to everything we have been told, so we win if they remain; likewise, the PUP is devoted to increasing affordable housing and construction jobs. As to the project, ground has already been broken, houses are being built, and the contractor responsible for the building has already stated that, and that the PR mess is political BS that will resolve itself and things will be business as usual. Ground breaking ceremonies are in September for the completion of the first two homes. With the building already begun, the PDP would not enter office by halting the very thing they most strongly support. I believe this entire PR maneuver was an internal political squabble, but business is business and the deal's done.
