Question re. accessing dividend data ... Can anyone offer suggestions re. accessing the detail data, ie. type, announcement date, x-div date, record date, payable date, and amount for the four dividend records in the fundamental data window? Looks like this data is not accessible via a scan, but can it be exported to an asci file or something? I'd like to be able to scan for new dividend announcements for CEF's and create / maintain a dividend history data base. Any thoughts or help would most appreciated. Thanks .... Fred

Michael,

>1. Have you un-installed all of QP1

>2. Can you connect to the internet at all?

>3. If so can you go to Microsoft.com or QP2.com?

>4. Can you download from the internet at any other location?

>If you can do these you should be able to DUMP Netscape and get IE 4.01. When you do that you will find that your problems will go away!

#1 Yes, per instructions provided with QP2.
#2,3,4 Yes, with no problems.
#5 If need be yes, although both my wife and I are so accustomed to netscape IE would be a big change.
Thanks, Jeff
