Jury, Re: Guiness in Switzerland. Buy Hurliman in Zuerich or Zurcher Lowenbrau, which actually tastes a bit different than German Lowenbrau. Buy the local brew anywhere else in the country, with the exception of Cardinal which has the dubious distinction of being as bland as an American beer! The next time you are in Zurich take Mrs. T to Sprungli on the Banhofstr to the upstairs "tea room" or to Honold on Rennweg. Then spend 15 minutes looking at the toy trains on the fourth floor of Franz Carl Weber. Cheap entertainment, but nice in its own way. (Roasted chestnuts will be on the street in another two months. I love the smell.) Sorry to hear about the loss in the leaps. The next batch will make it up. Has "Wag the Dog" been released in Europe yet? It's all about a President who starts a war to distract the country from an affair with a teenager. The movie is entertaining, the world is not; the people are real. Regards, MS
