Re Wag the Dog: been released and left no imprint: they translated it in German. Imagine me trying to follow Dustin Hoffman and RdeNiro and translate the dialogue back to English to get the joke. Either I laughed 2 seconds late (I just longed for the original) or I was the only one to laugh - some jokes you can try hard to translate but you're doomed.

Just made me want to bite and scratch and scream (english) obscenities.

Marc, the best of Zri were a thousend cows.

No, I'm not reflecting of Swizz ladies, I actually mean cows. Everywhere in the city plastic-cows (in real size) stand or lay in front of the shops and the banks - every cow different painted than the others.

Some of these (everytime drunk) youngsters (saw seldom a city where they drunk that hard) seem to collect the sensible parts of these cows, and groups of artist were going around, spending new ears and so on to the cows, renewing the paintings.

In a first impression, Zri by day is one of the most beautiful cities we know - but Zri by night is a desaster, as if a giant would have threw out a Bavarian "Bierzelt" over the "Bahnhofsviertel". Very aggressiv, very rude, very loud - the living in Zri must be very stressing for the young people there so that they drink too much and too hard.

However - next time we try "Sprngli's tea room" and "Honold" - at least if a "next" should happen. Who knows where the next subverse support will be assumed - and such a city will not survive longer in these hard times.
