We know its going to .375 for the buyout.Thats the offer,there is no other. In the meantime,i would be buying all the stock i could at a 73% discount to the buyout offer.Every 500,000 i buy i cut my buyout expense by 135,000 bucks.1 mil=270000,2mil=540000,3mil=810000,4mil=1.8 mil,etc,etc.In the meantime a bunch of smalltimers like us are sitting here hollering scam,MM,the sky is falling,when it is to CMI's advantage to keep the price down. Think about it,WHO BENEFITS THE MOST FROM THE PRICE RANGE WE ARE TRADING IN.
