I think people are just playing the P&D...if the deal is real, that will all change. Simple as that.

Think about this.If Cmi buys up 51% of the float at discount prices,
and another offer comes along at a higher price.Who has control to turn down
this higher offer,us the 49%.NOPE,the guy that bought the 51%,Yep.I still wont
sell 1 share till the buyout.So play all the games you want.To anybody that is not in
buy what you can afford and hold till the end and dont daytrade in between time.
