Bill:

I believe the current limit is around $600,000.

This may still be true, but I'm sure I heard a news report one day in 93 or 94 that said Clinton wanted to lower the limit to $60,000. I recall being particularly incensed that any net worth above that amount was to be taxed, including the market value of any house as part of the decedent's estate. This was around the same time that "the rich" were redefined as making $30,000 a year.

Anyone else remember that?

Clinton has totally lost credibility. The first majority response to yesterday's attack on Sudan and Afghanistan was to question the timing and reference "Wag the Dog".

This man has given our enemies an occasion to question American leadership.

The timing of this is highly suspect. Clinton may not have directly set this attack in motion to obscure the Monica issue, but I bet it was forefront on his mind.

I understand that we knew about this Sudanese chemical facility and the terrorist base for "awhile". How long is that? Two weeks, Two months, Two years? Why hit them yesterday, and not before? We don't need an excuse like the recent Embassy bombings to have an excuse to bomb murdering terrorists who threaten us.

I agree with George Bush Jr., I'm embarrassed by our current President. And, I believe these two pin-prick bombings are doing more damage to our National Sovereignty and International Image than anything.

Clinton should resign voluntarily. If not, the Dems should force him out. I just hope the Republicans have the guts to hold serious impeachment hearings. Today, I'm ashamed to be an American.
