James - Upper 13's

DSLGF - Discrete Logic - Another takeover stock. Seems like a trend for most of the upper 13's. CTV which was an upper 13 a little while ago is still rumored.

The 13's Market Indicator has been right on target... The lack of 13's has gone hand in hand with a declining market... Until we see consistently more 13's, the correction ain't over...
