Ok, will do, I'll let it train all weedend and see what it does> Thanks. By the way, 60S takes a much longer time. I wonder if it's worth it?

Jay, I think what you said back in this post, techstocks.com, is turning out to be a key idea. "You must allow all four phases of annealing to finish completely, and have the program return to back-prop on its own. Whatever you do, don't interrupt simulated annealing training pass 4. Let it finish on its own. " As well, following Len's comment below has improved an INTC net I am training. Message 5884057 "Tip... I noticed that most of my nets train well enough in a few hours to get the sharp diagonals in the scattergraph by inputting the target at 30 days influence for the s/t filter, the price and l/t filter at 3 days, and the volume at 1 day. I try and use only 2 indices... the sector and the industry, each with only the l/t filter at 3 days. The verify is set for 3-4 months." Thank you to both of you for posting to this thread. P.S.
