Larry: Thanks for the readout. Sorry it wasn't more rewarding. I would say we shareholders are pretty far down on Adaptec's list of interesting people with whom to share information. Looks as though the meeting was more a courtesy or obligation than a forum to discuss performance. But this was an opportunity for the company and it seems to have missed it big time. Starowl

Larry, thank you for attending the annual meeting. The same goes to Jim Switz. It sounds like you represented the SI Thread in a most able manner. I, too, am extremely disappointed in the attitude reflected by the directors. It seems that Directors really do nothing but collect fat fees and stock grants for doing nothing. Thanks once again for your efforts and your report.
