You started the picking, Jerard. The sentence says "mining and mining property." Are those not two distinct items? By the way, this is a perfect example of how various people can read the same thing and construe it differently. For this reason, I want to see the letters between Naxos and Ledoux. Perhaps my interpretation of Ledoux's letter would be different than Sid's. And perhaps John Allen's interpretation of the letter would be different than mine, and perhaps... (you get the point). Come on management. Post or release the letters now. Tick Tock.

Jerard, If anyone is pretty far of base it is you trying to defend a clearly asinine comment about Naxos being a "real estate" company. We are all frustrated with the progress Naxos has made but your comment in response to what Larry said was pretty stupid. The operative in Naxos' statement was mineral and mining properties. You can trot out any dictionary definition you wish but it remains pretty clear that Naxos is not maintaining these properties to pursue the real estate activities but to pursue mining activities. Only a jackass would contend otherwise. So while your statement is 'legally accurate' it is semantic horseshit. As to your comment about piping in, tough. That is what a dialogue on a public thread is all about. If you have a problem with that feel free to stick it in your ear.
