It clearly says "mining and mineral properties." That is, "mining and mineral real estate" according to the dictionary. Naxos is not (it appears to be lost that I agreed with Mr. Macklin when I said that R&D is something Naxos really needs) a precious metals research and development company. Show me anywhere in the Naxos literature where it says anything supporting Mr. Macklin's original contention. Jerard P
