JERRY,

The first sentance on naxos webpage states that " Naxos Resources is a canadian based junior resource company engaged in the exploration, aquisition, development and operation of mining and mineral properties".

Maybe i am an idiot but when you aquire a property with the intention of developing and operating a mine on that property i can not see how any sensible person could consider that as strictly a real estate transaction. It is clear to any logical person that the purpose of aquiring such a property is to research and develop that property for the purpose of producing precious metals. To me at least, that makes them a precious metals research and development company and not a real estate company. You can quote websters dictionary all you want but that doesn't change the companys objectives and goals.
