<< f your life, personal records, acquaintances, family, business transactions, etc. were put under the microscope to the extent the Clintons have been these past few yrs, no doubt Mr. Barr would come up with at least one "suspicious-looking" situation. The same goes for every member of SI.>>>

Wanna bet? I would be more than willing to have my life investigated. Hell, bring it on! I am no saint but I would have to take a very large quantity of illicit drugs to be anywhere near comfortable with even a 10th of what I have seen coming from the Clintons. You have to work at being THAT dysfunctional. You investigate my life all you wil find is how very easy it really is to lead a respectable life. I feel very sorry for those of you who think that it is difficult to play by the rules of law and to maintain some semblance of a moral life. The members of my family can say the same thing. It doesn't even require any help from "our God" (to quote the president).

Ann, you are wrong. Almost everybody would easily survive a thorough investigation of personal records and transactions. The Clinton's records, and those of Hubbell and many of their other power associates, reveal a pattern of corruption. That is why Reno appointed the IC in the first place.

I bet you felt the same way about this type of investigation when Jim Wright's records were being questioned. But somehow you didn't feel the need to object to Newt Gingrich's records' inquisition.

Funny how partisanship works, eh?
