Right, but if he was prosecuted for this testimony, it would have to be here in Washington (impeachment) by the OIC and Congress, not the Arkansas authorities. The state has no jurisdiction for prosecuting federal perjury. And I think that was my point: Starr has no interest in Whitewater anymore and therefore there will not be any further impeachment/prosecution arising out of that investigation. Besides, if anyone was the OIC's target on Whitewater, it was Hillary, not Bill. But going after Hillary would hurt the prosecution of the Prez for the Lewinsky matter. The OIC needs to have Hillary stay in public view as the woman betrayed, not as a criminal herself.
