Oh yea I forgot that's when Starr had this secretly obtained setup hidden entrapment tape before calling Clinton to testify in a disposition about having an extra-martial affair ha ha! Bzzzt! Wrong again. The tapes are where Lewinsky was confiding to Tripp that she intended to lie if deposed in that case. It was after Clinton allegedly perjured himself in this case that Starr became involved. After seven months of Clinton stonewalling Starr only now has the President's testimony under oath.
