Shoot1st, how do you 'kill' a nutrient? What do you mean by adding vitamins, that it's a bad sign? These drinks would have to be pasteurized or they wouldn't be able to sit around at room temp indefinitely. I wouldn't confuse 100% juice with freshly squeezed juice. Without pasteurization comes an eventual case of food poisoning and these drinks would have to be refrigerated at all times.
