SHAREHOLDER MEETING DATE SET-PER LARRY REGIS: Spoke with Larry. October 19 at the Best Western Plaza Hotel in Reno. You are all invited. A special roomrate is available...:) The unaudited finanicals(ie form 15c etc.) is available if you request one.(My copy should be sent next week. I also still have not received the latest House report as they ran out of copies-they received reprints today) Otherwise, a copy will be mailed to registered shareholders announcing the meeting. The unaudited finacials are currently being reviewed by an SEC attorney(so they become audited) and will be submitted to the SEC when done.(ie the audited finanicials) This is basically the same a 10K but it is not called that the first time you submit one. Slowly getting all the facts together on MDIN and will share them after reviewed reports/financials etc. By the way,I would have talked to Larry longer but he had Gordon House on the other line-don't want to hold anything up!
