That question had the sound of a Social Studies or History major/teacher, right?...a pop quiz.....o.k. I'll get out the books and see when the two-party system finally evolved.....probably some technicality involved here.

Indeed, please tell me where the founding fathers talked about two parties at all? My history studies are decades behind me, but I could swear that there were more than two parties from the beginning.
