PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a two stage plan. If 97 financials really show 10.85 eps we will be happy (very happy). If they don't we have legal ground to sue the company. However, we all know that suing the company will more harm than good for shareholder. So, I suggest this:

We will dismiss our lawsuit in the exchange of canceled shares that Arif has issued to himself. Since he is the largest shareholder he has got most to lose.

Best Regards,
Spy Hard

Dave,
How many BB stocks that are providing audited financials and show any profit are worth .14 or less.

How much do you look on your normal investment?
Mutual funds are around 7-9% for the year, maybe lee after today.
If you buy at .14 and sell at .18 that's 28%.
What are the chances of this stock going to .18 with audited financials?

Just an idea,
MM

Dave,
I don't think FAMH earned .11 in 1997. The numbers just don't add up. What I'm saying is IF, I said IF, 1998 numbers look good for quarters 1 & 2, then things will look up provided the numbers are released in a timely manner. The 1998 numbers are the ones that will matter, not 96 or 97. Lots of you were saying not too long ago that 1996 and 1997 numbers were meaningless, and the company should concentrate on 1998 finances. All of a sudden the old numbers are a big deal.
What has happened in the past stinks. If 1998 isn't profitable, this stock will see 2-3 cents. I believe however that the worst is over and things (including share price) will move up significantly prior to EOY. Just my opinion based on bits and pieces of info gathered from my friends in NY.

BE HAPPY,

WALLEYE
