I tried to find out more information about PRWT trading. Schroder is worried about bogus stock. They feel that they don't want responsibility for stock certificates that are potentially not valid. A broker at a firm I use also suggested that PRWT'SEC filings were not up to date. I sold several million shares when the price was right. I just bought back shares when the purchase price was right. Does any one have real insight into these questions?
