Mr. Cavalry, Dr. Lorrichio is a biochemist, not a physician. You can obtain his vitae from the company I would believe, or be directed to it. One issue , pertaining to this, and which has been confirmed by the SEC, is the issue of putting a value on a intellectual property. Current financials cannot be audited until the SEC assists in it's definition of evaluating an intellectual property. I believe the matter is close to being resolved. RB
