You seem to be skipping over the fact that the transfer agent does seem to know anything about the $4 mil private placement and the last 10 million shares. Did it take place? If it didn't that would explain why Jeffery didn't have the money to start buying back shares. Did these guys backed out of the placement and instead offer to buy it all? This might explain why they're willing to take less than what they say their company is worth, lack of operating capital would tend to put a damper on things. If this is a legit deal I think the garnet mine is the key to it all. All In My Honest Opinion RD Got work to do I'll tune in tomorrow for the next episode.
