If the methods used were agreed to by the Congress, or only included words, I would agree. Otherwise, even though I may agree with the results, I still don't see where the feds get the authority to act. It's up to us to have our representatives grant additional power to the feds (st the state congressional level, not the federal congress) to the federal government, if we decide that's what we want.
