Sean, tell us how you really feel.<g> Tell me why, really. I have two Viper v330's in Multi-Monitor in NT 4.O, and am happy as hell. Support has been great, too. Multiple reasons.... 1. I worked with their engineers on a product (The Diamond MVP (motion video player which is really the IBM VIP905 ASIC) when I worked at IBM. Diamond is predominantly a marketing company and their engineering group is a bunch of bozo's. All Hype, no substance. We also OEM'd this to Matrox as well. Totally opposite experience there. 2. Poor tech support in general. I do own a Monster 3D (vodoo card) and their support their was better. 3. They have a repeated history of abandoning products in favor of the latest and greatest leaving customers with this technology out in the cold. The Diamond Viper (Weitek based chipset) and the ??? (based on the first NVidia chipset), & MVP are three prime examples. they never got the drivers for the cards working well, implimented features the marketing materials claimed they had, or implimented promised 95 drivers before they totally abandoned their support for these products within six months of their introduction leaving their customers out in the cold. (This is totally unaceptable IMO). The RIVA128 has been done well for them and has been supported well from Nvidia and the rest of the industry. I can't comment on Multi-monitor setups as I have never set one up.P.S. That reminds me to ask you a question I have been menaing to ask you. For the past few weeks, after no changes to my system, I have been having a strange occurrence a few times a day. It started within either browser, but now is happening in Windows Explorer also. For no reason, I will hear a little blip sound from within my tower speaker, and the browser or explorer change will just go back one page. Strangest thing I've ever seen. I will just be reading a page, etc., and boom, I'm back one page. Any ideas? nope, certainly sounds bizarre to me :) Sean
